STEP 1 - Open a website blogger website Link- www.blogger.com

You will see following Window 

STEP 2-  Click On Create your Blog .  After clicking on create your blog you will be asked for for a gmail account .

STEP 3- Choose a Gmail Account or Enter your gmail ID & password. 

STEP 4- After giving your gmail, you will be asking for Choosing your website name ( Title).

STEP 5- After that , You will be asking for creating your website url .(Give url as you wish).

STEP 6- Lastly you will be asking for Give a Display Name (Same as you given your title).
